Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use the ProTravel website and to requests and bookings made through it. By sending a request, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

ProTravel is a travel agency in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

2. Information on the website

Descriptions, photos and prices of tours, hotels and destinations are for information. We work to keep them accurate, but hotels and services can change. Package tour prices come from tour operators in real time and may change until your booking is confirmed.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in Armenian drams. Services priced in a foreign currency are converted to drams at our exchange rate, based on the rate of ACBA Bank. The price on the website is not final: our manager confirms the final price before you book.

4. Requests and booking

A request sent through the website is not a booking. When we receive it, a manager contacts you, checks availability and offers the final terms. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the offer and pay as agreed. Package tours are booked with the tour operator, and the tour operator's terms also apply; your manager will give them to you.

5. Payment

How and when you pay, and the size of any deposit, are agreed for each booking and stated in your confirmation or contract.

6. Changes and cancellations

If you want to change or cancel a booking, the conditions and fees depend on the rules of the tour operator, airline and hotel; we tell you about them before you book. If a provider changes or cancels a service, we inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund under the provider's terms.

7. Travel documents and health

Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, visas and meeting the entry requirements of the destination. We are happy to advise, but if entry is refused, the responsibility lies with the traveller. We recommend travel insurance that covers medical costs and trip cancellation.

8. Liability

We act as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (tour operators, airlines, hotels and transport companies), who are responsible for their own services. We are responsible for the services we provide ourselves: advice and booking. We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, official restrictions or flights cancelled by an airline.

We use your personal data only to handle your requests and bookings. See our Privacy policy for details.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are settled by negotiation first and, if no agreement is reached, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
