Frequently asked questions
How do I book a tour?
Choose a package or tour on the website and send a request, or call us and write on WhatsApp. A manager contacts you, checks availability and confirms the final price. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the offer and pay as agreed.
Is the price on the website final?
Package prices come from tour operators in real time and can change until your booking is confirmed. Prices are shown in drams for the whole group. Your manager confirms the final price before you pay.
What is included in a package tour?
Usually a return flight from Yerevan, a hotel with the meal plan you choose, and transfers between the airport and the hotel. Insurance and excursions may be included or available for an extra fee; the exact list is in your offer.
How can I pay?
We agree on the payment method, the deposit and the deadlines when we confirm your booking. The details are stated in your confirmation or contract.
Do I need a visa?
Entry rules depend on the country and your citizenship, and they can change. Our managers will tell you what you need for your trip and help with documents where possible. We recommend checking the requirements before you book.
What documents do I need for the trip?
A passport (many countries require it to be valid for at least six months after your return), a visa if needed, flight tickets, a hotel voucher and insurance. If a child travels with only one parent or without parents, a notarised consent may be required; ask your manager.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, but the conditions and any fees depend on the rules of the tour operator, airline and hotel. We tell you about them before you book. Insurance that covers trip cancellation helps you avoid losses.
Do I need travel insurance?
Some countries require medical insurance for entry, and we recommend having it on every trip. It covers medical costs abroad, and extended cover also protects you if you have to cancel. We will help you choose the right option.
How far in advance should I book?
For the summer season and holidays we suggest booking one to three months ahead: you get a wider choice of hotels and better prices. Last-minute deals happen too, but with less choice.
What if something goes wrong during the trip?
Contact the tour operator's local representative (the details are in your travel documents) or call us straight away. We will help sort it out with the providers.
